ma form action ne se mets pas dans le cadre, pourquoi ?

Bonjour,

Voici mon code, je vous ais mis en bleu ce qui veut bien s'afficher dans le cadre et en orange ce qui ne s'affiche pas à l'intérieur du cadre et que je voudrai bien qu'elle s'affiche à l'intérieur de ce cadre.
Comment faire ? Que mettre ? (je vous ai mis une image plus bas pour que vous puissiez voir)

Donc voici le cadre au centre de mon design, la form action s'affiche en bas hors du cadre et je voudrai qu'elle s'affiche là ou il y a tous les mmm

Vérifie le chemin de ton image dans ton input de type image.

Je sais pas si c'est toi qui a écrit le code mais il y plein d'erreur de fermeture de balise.

Déjà je pense que tu devrais corrigé ça et après ça devrai mieux fonctionner.

ok je vais essayer, mais je crois que vous n'avez as bien compris !
mon image avec la croix s'affiche très bien correctement quand c'est sur mon serveur.

C'est la <form action ='index.php' method='POST'> qui ne s'affiche pas au même endroit que le texte mm. Cela s'affiche bien, mais tout en bas du site en dehors du cadre et pas en dessous de l'image ou des mm

comment faire en fonction de mon code ?
