Problème avec iE (marche tès bien avec firefox)

Bonjour, pour mon site en test, que vous piouvez trouver ici : http://tutoriaux-photoshop.fr/Hardware/1/ j'ai un desing extensible (normalement) cela marche très bien pour firefox sauf que pour IE cela me rapetisse tout.(très embetant pour le forum)
j'aimerai qu'il occupe toute la place dispo par rapport a l'écran comme le fait firefox

J'ai aussi un problème pour les résolutions petites (1024 / 728), le header continue au lieu de s'adapter a l'écran.(de quelques cm)
