Re-bonjour,

Un petit deuxieme probleme pour la route. Celui-ci est plus embetant.
Depuis hier, on a régulièrement des arrêts du serveur de rapport.
Je m'explique, le serveur est accessible (bureau à distance ou autre), tous les services SQL Server sont bien lancés, le serveur n'est pas sollicité (utilisation cpu et ram normaux). Pire, je peux meme accéder au report manager mais par contre, des que je veux ouvrir un rapport, ca charge sans jamais rien afficher.
Chose doublement étrange, ca marchait ce matin, et depuis ce midi (idem pour hier aprem), notre serveur de prod et notre serveur de dev ont le meme probleme, tout marche sauf l'affichage des rapports. Aucune erreur nulle part et les accès ne sont pas loggués dans les stat ni dans l'event viewer de Windows Server.

J'utilise SQL Server 2005 SP2 sur un Windows Server 2003 avec les dernières MAJ. A ma connaissance, on a pas eu ce probleme avant.
Seul "indice", un log d'erreur pour un backup de log de nos tables (erreur se produisant toutes les heures de minuit à midi tous les jours...) encore le lien ne soit pas évident car cette erreur là ne date pas d'hier.

Pour finir, un reboot relance l'affichage normal des rapports. A priori, au Datacenter, rien n'est plannifié pour tourner à cette heure de la journée, pas de backup ni de maitenance. Et a priori rien de fondamental n'a été changé entre avant (quand ca marchait quoi) et maintenant.

Si quelqu'un a une idée, un suggestion ou même une solution je suis preneur car on commence à avoir épuisé nos vérifications.
J'ai rebooté la prod quand même mais la dev est toujours en l'état pour le moment (histoire qu'on puisse trouver la cause).

Le fichier de Log SSRS dit quoi quand tu exécutes le rapport ? Tu peux nous en faire un copier-coller ?
Passe éventuellement en mode verbose sur celui-ci pour avoir plus de détail.

Si tu passes par le répertoire virtuel reportserver, tu as le même résulat ?

Dernière piste, il n'y a pas eu de patch installé sur Win 2003 sur les serveurs entre le moment où ça marchait et maintenant ?

Alors dans l'ordre :
- Pour le log de RS, si tu parles de celui qu'on trouve dans MSSQL\MSSQL.3\Reporting Services\LogFiles, c'est bien simple, il n'y en a pas postérieurs à l'arrivé du probleme. Ca n'en crée pas lorsqu'on lance un rapport (normal puisque le rapport ne se lance pas je dirais)

Si c'est pas de ce log dont tu parles, va falloir me dire ou le trouver. Meme remarque pour le mode "Verbose". Je suis pas trop familier de ce genre de trucs.

Le repertoire virtuelle de RS, c'est quoi pour toi ? Report Manager ? (la page WEB localhost/reports) ? Si non, meme remarque que précédemment.

Pour la mise a jour de Windows server, je dirais aucune (c'est pas géré ici mais au Datacenter) et a priori, ils n'ont rien fait d'autre.

Pour passer en mode Verbose, il faut que tu modifies la valeur présente dans le fichier Web.config dans C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.3\Reporting Services\ReportServer.

Pour le répertoire virtuel, si tu passes pas http://mon_serveur/reportserver, tu as les mêmes symptômes ?

Pour les maj du serveur, je vérifierais quand même dans ajout/suppression de programmes et là tu vois les maj windows installées en cliquant sur la checkbox qui va bien.

Donc en passant par http://monserveur/reportserver et http://monserveur/reports, je vois bien mes listes de rapports mais l'affichage pose le meme probleme (plutot logique etant donné qu'on les affiche en passant par là.

D'autre part, je confirme, aucune mise à jour, que ce soit pour SQL Server ou Windows Server.

Alors petit update:
En essayant de déclencher le log, ca a changé.
Donc http://monserveur/reports marche nickel maintenant mais http://monserveur/reportserver ne marche plus du tout (avant j'avais quand meme l'arborescence des dossiers et rapports). C'est balot d'ailleurs car on passe par reportserver pour les visualiser...

Malheureusement, ne pouvant plus accéder à l'arborescence, je ne peux plus essayer de lancer de rapport.


Edit : Tout remarche bien maintenant donc je reste preneur pour toutes les suggestions (surtout que je sens que ca va se reproduire demain histoire de bien finir la semaine de reprise apres les vacances).
