bonjour à tous,
Je suis novice en Vista.
(je suis un habitué du forum Access)
Pour installer, le patch SR2b d'Office97, sur un Vista Edition Familiale.....
j'ai besoin de supprimer, ou déplacer, ou renommer un fichier de police c:\windows\fonts\tahoma.ttf

(en effet, ce fichier bloque l'installation du patch correctif)

Je suis déjà en mode administrateur, et j'ai message me signifiant qu'il faut plus de droits...

Auriez vous une piste à m'indiquer ?

salut tout d'abord je trouve sa très étrange que pour installer un patch tu dois être obligé de modifier un fichier du système

Es tu sur que ton patch est compatible avec vista ?

autrement ton message d'erreur est un peu vague voudrais tu le marquer en entier merci

Je n'ai le message précis car je n'ai pas la machine vista sous la main (c'est chez un client)

Effectivement, cela peut paraître bizarre.

Je n'ai aucune certitude de compatibilité mais il est indiqué sur de nombreux forum que Access97 peut fonctionner sous Vista.
(si ce n'est pas le cas, cela me confirmera qu'il ne faut pas évoluer vers vista, et rester bien en XP Pro, Access97 étant pour de nombreux développeurs la base Access la plus stable !)

Dans le fichier log de l'installation du patch correctif of97sr2b, tout ce passe bien jusqu'au moment où il y a une tentative d'acces (remplacement) à la police tahoma.ttf
(il y aussi un souci connu avec comis.ttf, mais j'arrive à la déplacer)


J'ai une procédure pour corriger ce pb d'installation du patch.
Le souci est d'arriver à déplacer momentannément cette police, pour la remttre en place en ensuite.

J'ai lu également qu'il était possible de désactiver UAC...c'est quoi et c'est où ?

Merci de la piste pour le tuto...
mais ...Mon problème d'installation de la SR2 acess9 sur Windows vista reste...

même en désactivant l'UAC au niveau du système.
On peut toujours pas déplacer ou renommer la police qui pose problème (tahoma.ttf).
J'ai lu ici où là qu'on attend un correctif (SR) pour Vista.....

Je renouvelle ici ma question :
Avez vous des cas où vous utilisez Access97 SR2 avec vista ?

Ou dois me résoudre à abandonner Access97 sur ce type de plateforme ?

Il me reste une piste....à partir du fichier log du correctif SR2...refaire un fichier .bat qui effectue les corrections à la place de l'exécutable, en n'affectant pas les polices.
mais j'aimerais avoir quelques suggestions...avant de me lancer dans cette voie là !
