Problème de requète sous netbeans

Bonjour à tous, je reviens vers vous car je suis encore bloqué depuis une semaine, étant débutant mais vraiment débutant j'aimerai qu'on me donne un coup de main pour que mon appli lourde (qui est juste un test avant de commencer à développer la vraie appli puisse correspondre avec la base de données. Donc j'explique j'ai créé une interface graphique jframe avec 3 zones pour saisir des infos et 3 zone de texte pour recevoir du texte et 3 boutons envoyer recevoir et exit donc j'ai :
-une classe correspondant à mon interface graphique
-une classe correspondant à ma table (se trouvant sur un serveur 2003 et serveur sql 2005)

A priori la connexion est bien faite entre la base et mon appli, maintenant il faudrait que j'écrive les requêtes cependant je m'embrouille complètement avec la persistance, les entity managers, entity beans etc...

Voila si quelqu'un avait la bonté de me rajouter ce qu'il me manque ce serait super sympa ou alors me donner un exemple similaire à ce que je veux faire

au fait je sais pertinemment sur cet exemple je n'ai pas respecté certaines conventions en ce qui concerne les variables donc ne pas en tenir compte merci
