Problème Avec Openldap (SLDAP) Sous Debian Etch

Bonjour,

J'essaie désespérément d'installer open ldap sur ma distribution Debian Etch.

Quand je lance la commande :

Il te manque ce fichier /etc/ldap/schema/core.schema.
Vérifies déjà qu'il existe dans le répertoire /etc/ldap/schema/

C'est un peu indigeste quand même ce que tu nous as mis là

Par contre il est manifeste que le démon slapd ne trouve pas son fichier de configuration (/etc/ldap/slapd.conf). Commences déjà par ça.

Le fichier de configuration du serveur est bien lu puisque les schémas sont parsés. Visiblement ça vient des backends : il doit y en avoir un parasite (lignes moduleload).

Hum oui effectivement j'avais mal lu

Ca le prouve bien:

Donc tout pareil que julp ça doit être au niveau des backend que ça pêche.

Le problème venait de mon fichier, je l'ai modifié pour passer de BACKEND en bdb et depuis je n'ai plus le même message.

Mais maintenant quand je lace la commande :

net getlocalsid

Il me renvoi :

Et quand je passe par webmin et que je choisi d'explorer la database il me renvoie :

The LDAP browser cannot be used : Failed to connect to LDAP server 127.0.0.1 on port 389

Donc le serveur LDAP ne fonctionne toujours pas ?

Par contre il y a une chose que je ne comprends pas : vous utilisez debian ? Les paquets officiels ? Si c'est le cas vous disposiez d'une configuration parfaitement fonctionnelle à la base, non ? (hdb en backend ?)

Retour à la case départ : il faut démarrer slapd avec les options de débogage (-d -1) pour pouvoir déterminer ce qui l'empêche de démarrer.

Je viens de apt-get remove des paquets.

Aurais-tu une porcédure pour debian sur laquelle je pourrais me baser.

Il n'y a rien de spécial à faire après l'installation. Bien configurer la racine et le gestionnaire (ce qui normalement se fait par l'intermédiaire du système de paquet sur Debian, si je ne m'abuse). A partir de là, l'annuaire peut parfaitement démarrer. Certes, la configuration est "minimale" (surtout du point de vue des ACL) mais c'est déjà un bon point de départ. Tout dépend ensuite à quelle fin on exploite l'annuaire (les objets différent, la structure/arborescence est aussi à prendre compte, etc). En ce qui concerne Samba, de mon temps, il fallait rajouter un schéma et adapter la configuration de ce dernier mais il me semble que toute cette démarche est détaillée dans sa documentation.
