Voilà plusieurs mois que les cron de mon serveur ne fonctionne pas, Après de 10aine de fight et de mail avec mon hebergeur qui me disait que c'etait un problème de mon coté, j'ai enfin trouver dans le log error, un message qui prouve que ca viens de chez lui:

[Sat May 16 06:28:01 2009] [error] [client 90.211.115.17] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace.

Je lui ai donc transférer ceci, et il me dis:

Il y avait effectivement un problème que je viens de trouver. Nous utilisons
l'utilitaire wget pour appeler les pages dans les tâches planifiées. Or vous aviez
dans votre fichier .htaccess une règle de réécriture concernant l'agent Wget:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^Wget [OR]

Si je commente cette ligne, les tâches planifiées ne produisent plus d'erreur et
fonctionnent correctement.

Je me demande donc qu'elle peut être l'impact de commenter cette ligne?

Aucune idée : il faut avoir l'intégralité du .htaccess pour dire et connaître ton application.

C'est tout simplement pour interdire l'accès au site à Wget, Grabnet, InterGet, etc., j'imagine pour empêcher ton site d'être aspiré par l'un de ces outils. C'est à toi de voir si c'est acceptable que Wget puisse se connecter à ton site, éventuellement pour l'aspirer. Mais à mon avis, un aspirateur digne de ce nom utilisera la signature de user agent d'IE ou Firefox pour tromper l'ennemi, donc cette protection est limitée.
